01  All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges are only considered when products arrive damaged, as outlined below.

02  Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by texting 256-750-0853. Please include clear photos or videos, your order number, and a clear photo of your packing slip. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Approved claims may receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible.

03  Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed once placed or fulfilled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer error, including selecting the wrong item at checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

04  Processing & Pickup

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Pickup orders must be picked up within 7 business days of processing, or they will be cancelled without a refund.

05  Shipping

Orders ship Monday through Friday via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Express and overnight shipping are available Monday through Thursday only, and overnight orders must be placed before 2:00PM CST. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

06  Lost, Stolen & Misdelivered Packages

MaluxeMinks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier will not be reshipped, so please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are also not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

07  Product Use

Our lash supplies are intended for use by trained lash professionals. Always follow proper application and safety practices, and perform a patch test when needed. MaluxeMinks is not responsible for reactions, injury, or results caused by improper use, application, or storage of our products.

08  Pricing & Availability

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout and cannot be applied to past orders.
