Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and ship Monday through Friday.

• Standard: 3-7 business days (USPS)
• Express: 1-3 business days (USPS)
• Overnight: Monday-Thursday only, order before 2:00PM CST

Orders placed on Friday are not eligible for expedited shipping. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Pickup orders are processed within 1-3 business days and must be picked up within 7 business days, or the order will be cancelled without a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for items selected by mistake at checkout, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, text us at 256-750-0853 within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, your order number, and a photo of your packing slip. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Approved claims may receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Packages marked "Delivered" will not be reshipped, so please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
